PRODUCT ADVANTAGE
1、利用逆流冷卻原理對(duì)高溫、高濕的顆粒進(jìn)行冷卻，避免了冷風(fēng)與熱料直接 接觸而產(chǎn)生驟冷現(xiàn)象，因而能防止顆粒產(chǎn)生表面開(kāi)裂。
2、新八角型冷卻箱體設(shè)計(jì)，無(wú)冷卻死角。
3、采用閉風(fēng)器進(jìn)料，進(jìn)風(fēng)面積大，冷卻效果顯著。
4、 采用滑閥往復(fù)式排料機(jī)構(gòu)，運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、可靠，殘留小。
5、能耗低、操作簡(jiǎn)便。
6、冷卻后成品溫度不高于室溫+3°C?5°C，適用于顆粒物料的冷卻。
7、 也有翻板式排料機(jī)構(gòu)的卻器可供選擇，采用液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)的排料機(jī)構(gòu)，多用于膨化、 膨脹料的冷卻。
